The centerpiece of our employee assistance program is our client service delivery system. REACH's face-to-face and telephonic client services are provided by experienced licensed and certified behavioral health professionals at confidential locations and at times that are most compatible with EAP clients’ work and home responsibilities.
Reach clinicians provide thorough assessments of client issues that include the identification of possible personal, family and work problems which negatively impact employees’ health, happiness and job productivity. All clinical staff and affiliates are licensed in the behavioral health field and are masters-prepared and doctoral-level.
Additionally, staff are experienced in providing telephonic crisis intervention and counseling assistance. The credentials of our EAP staff members who may be touching the lives of your employees and their family members include:

Qualifications include a current state license, a minimum of three years of post-masters experience, knowledge and experience in the EAP field and proof of professional liability insurance.
